Intensive General English

1 - 71 weeks (Refer to recommended start dates)

• Beginner to Advanced, 10 week modules. (Students are able to move to the next level at any time if their abilities show they are capable)
• 25 hours per week
• Average class size of 12 students

The BROWNS Active8 Curriculum is the result of 5 year's in-class research, testing and feedback. By targeting all the systems and skills that students need to gain English fluency, we ensure you receive a balanced learning diet.

In your CORE classes, you follow coursebook-based lessons which integrate the 8 skills and systems.

In your Active8 classes, you focus on each language skill or system individually, at your level.

In the Accelerate Further Learning Programme, we pinpoint your individual needs, helping you to focus your studies even further.

• None. When you arrive at BROWNS, you will be given a placement test. This will allow our Director of Studies to place you in an Active8 skill class at your level
