Jobs Club
We will provide you with FREE information about working in Australia and a list of job vacancies. Areas of employment include: Restaurants, Cafes, Hotels, Shops, Supermarkets, Travel/Tour Agencies and Fruit/Vegetable Farms. We also offer Career Counselling, Resume Preparation, Interview Skills Training and Application for an Australian Tax File Number.
Airport Pick-up Service
You can book our Airport Pick-up service from Brisbane International and Coolangatta (Gold Coast) Airport. When you arrive at the airport after a long day of travelling, a BROWNS representative driver will be there to welcome you and take you directly to your accommodation.

BROWNS Placement Test
All students sit a placement test on their first day. This will test your listening, reading, speaking and writing skills. We will use this test to help us place you in the correct class for your English level.
The test will take approximately 1.5 hours. During your test you will have an oral interview with the Director of Studies or one of our teachers

You will receive a Personal Student Folder which contains information about your English Language course, your study timetable, attendance requirements.
A Student Handbook, containing useful information about studying at BROWNS English Language School and living in Australia , will also be given to you.
To get your BROWNS Student ID card you will need to bring a passport size photo of yourself.
