Hi, my name is Mika. I am the Marketing Manager at BROWNS!

I came to Australia in 2001 on a Working Holiday Visa with one suitcase and a desire for a “new experience”.

During my first year I studied English, worked in a Japanese restaurant and travelled around this big country! The following year, I changed my visa to a student visa and enrolled to study marketing and management at a Business College.

After graduating from College, I was fortunate enough to receive a job offer in Sydney; this was the beginning of my career in the international education industry! I enjoy working at an English School because every day I have the opportunity to talk to people from all over the world! I’ve met wonderful friends here in Australia; we have shared so many good times together that I will always cherish.

For me, Australia is the best country to live. The people are very friendly, the food is fresh and of high quality, and the climate is fantastic. If you are considering studying English in Australia, I strongly recommend you choose to study at BROWNS on the Gold Coast!
